TGA 2018 Content Specification

This site is organized into two main sections: System & Workflow and Content.  Below is an outline of the information contained in each section.

• System & Workflow– information relevant to the media server system and production workflow.  Signal information, templates, and visualization tools are all included.

  • System Overview– a quick reference of all screens and their locations.
  • Media Production Workflow– detailed information on workflow and deliverables.
  • Special Templates– templates required for media production workflow.
  • Media Server Layout– summary of the media server outputs and their purposes.

  • Content Spec– detailed specification on resolutions and file formats for content delivery.
  • Naming Convention– detailed specification on file naming and versioning.
  • Dropbox Information– information on Dropbox access.
  • Content Tracking Spreadsheet– a link to view the current content tracking spreadsheet.
